Managed Services Offerings
NeoSystems' Managed Services Provider offerings (our
flagship service) help clients reduce their accounting
and financial management costs, improve efficiencies,
and reduce or eliminate capital investments. MSP
services help companies concentrate on ways to better
serve their clients and grow their business rather than
diverting their time and attention to administrative
functions.
NeoSystems helps government contractors comply with
numerous complex government accounting requirements,
such as Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost
Accounting Standards (CAS), and Defense Contract Audit
Agency (DCAA) requirements.
MSP accounting services include:
- Accounting services using the Deltek suite of
software products (e.g., accounting system, web-based
time card and travel expense collection)

Employee training sessions on their use of the time card
and expense collection systems
- Performing all
accounting functions at clients' offices on a regular,
scheduled basis.
- Analysis of financial results
to help business owners understand and manage their
costs and operations
- Interaction with DCAA and
other government agencies during on-site audit reviews.
Applications used to support clients' operations within
our MSP offerings include Deltek GCS Premier®,
Deltek Costpoint®,
Electronic Time Collection, Electronic Expense
Collection, Cobra, Open Plan, Enterprise Planner, and
Impromptu. Through NeoSystems' MSP services, companies

NeoSystems' flagship service offering, Complete Managed
Services, include on-site support from highly trained
and experienced personnel using an integrated software
package based on Deltek applications and Cognos
performance tools. NeoSystems became Deltek's largest
MSP Outsourced Accounting Partner in 2003. Each client
has a Project Director who works closely with the
client's management team and is supervised by a Vice
President of Client Services.
Complete Managed Services Offering components include:
- Processes, procedures, and financial infrastructure
to accumulate concise accounting information, indirect
cost rates and other financial information.
- One
or more accountants and/or contract administrators
proficient in government contracting and the Deltek
system, who work at the client's site, providing
accounting, financial management and contract
administration support.
- A set of customized
Deltek applications to organize and help manage
accounting and contract administration data tailored to
a client's size, complexity, and business model.
Applications used to support the client’s operations
within our MSP offering include either GCS Premier or
Costpoint (depending on size and complexity of
operations), Electronic Time Collection, Electronic
Expense Collection, Cobra, Open Plan, Enterprise
Planner, and Impromptu.
- Data and application
hosting on NeoSystems' secure network that can be
accessed via a secure Internet connection from anywhere
in the world.
- Regular financial and managerial
reports produced for each reporting period, and the
ability to generate ad hoc reports using Deltek's
Impromptu™ report writer.

Carte Services Offerings
For organizations who opt not to take our complete MSP
service offering, we offer services on an a la carte
basis which encompass two main areas:
- Electronic Time & Expense Collection and
Reporting. We help companies implement and
operate Deltek's electronic time collection software, a
valuable and critical tool for ensuring full and
accurate billing. More than 500,000 professionals of
project-based companies use Deltek's time collection
software, which interfaces with Deltek's Costpoint® and
GCS Premier®
accounting systems.
These services enable employees to manage their
timesheets and expense reporting securely from any
location with an Internet connection, while allowing
management to track project workforce efficiency and
costs accurately. NeoSystems also builds custom
interfaces and other expense reporting systems.

Application Hosting Services.
NeoSystems' experienced IT staff helps companies
implement and use Deltek's Costpoint® and GCS
Premier®
software. We support all hosted applications, including
data backup and disaster recovery. NeoSystems also
installs, maintains, and supports all hosted
applications in our comprehensive information technology
back office.
